Terms & Conditions
Welcome to YayaBSpokn.com ("Site"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all wholesale purchases made by retail buyers (“You” or “Buyer”) from Yaya B’Spokn, a division of Yaya Butter Bar LLC (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Wholesale Eligibility
This site is for verified retail buyers only. All buyers must provide:

A valid resale license or seller’s permit

A business address (no P.O. boxes)

A business name and website or storefront info
We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale accounts at our discretion.
Reseller Accounts: Please complete the online account form on this page for quick approval to purchase products.
Office Hours: We're open MON-THURS. Please use our Contact form to reach us.
California Retailers: You may be asked to furnish a California Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate.
2. Minimum Order Requirements

Opening Order Minimum: $150

Reorder Minimum: $100
Orders that do not meet the minimum may be canceled or returned.
3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are wholesale and exclusive of tax and shipping.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards and secure payment platforms.

Net terms are not available at this time.
3rd Party Sellers: You are NOT AUTHORIZED to sell our products on Amazon, eBay or Etsy. Violators will lose wholesale status.
Care/Storage/Display: Handmade soaps must be stored and displayed in a climate controlled (cooled or heated to room temp), relatively dry environment away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, and high humidity which will cause them to sweat and lose their scent.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays due to carriers or customs.
Shipping: We ship via USPS/UPS Ground to the USA only within 5-8 business days (M-TH only). You'll receive confirmation with a tracking #.
Changes: We cannot make changes after your order has been processed so please make sure it's correct before you check out.
5. Damages & Claims

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt.

Email photos and your order number to hello@yayabspokn.com.

Approved claims will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

All wholesale sales are final, so please try our samples before ordering.

Incorrect, Damaged or Stolen Goods: If we've made an error or damage in shipping, please message us and we'll make it right.
Minimum Price Policy: Do not set your retail prices lower than 30% off the regular online retail prices ($10.00-11.00) shown on our retail site yayabutterbar.com. Selling too low hurts all of us.
Animal Testing: All of our products are cruelty free and most are vegan. A couple do contain honey, so check each ingredient list to verify.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders unless there is damage or a fulfillment error. All sales are final.
7. Product Use & Representation

Products may not be altered, rebranded, or repackaged for resale.

All marketing must reflect the original identity and quality of Yaya B’Spokn products.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, product names, and materials on this site are the exclusive property of Yaya B’Spokn and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed and may incur a 10% restocking fee.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in Sacramento County, CA.
